Active FET Probe
The P6201 FET Probe is an active FET probe with DC to 900MHz bandwidth and unity gain. The probe features:
  • Low input capacitance
  • DC offset
  • AC to DC coupling switch
  • 0.4 ns risetime

The 1101A Power Supply may be needed if the equipment does not provide probe power.
