How to use the Search Functions

Select Filter then Press Update

Search Select "One Item / List"

Select catagory, then press the [Update] button for the selection to become active. Results are displayed as thumbnail links in the left column. Click on them to see details.

This search will find equipment in general categories and put a thumbnail picture up in the left column to view and select. For slow connections, give the browser some time to load all the thumbnails in the default [Test Equipment] category. Allowing the browser to save those images in the buffer will allow instant loading when switching to other categories. Select catagory, then press the [Update] button for the selection to become active.

[One Item] Method:
One Item lets you use spaces, and search by general terminology if you don't know the part number.
Examples:
HP 435A finds the Power Meters
hp435a generic method always works
HP 43 finds the power meters also
Hewlett Packard 435A will also find them.
Hewlett Packard power meter will find them.
power meter will also find them and more.

[List] Method:
Part numbers must be written in the general format shown below. Here are examples of vertical and horizontal lists. It is upper/lower case insensitive. Cut and paste these lists to try it out. Remember to select [List] mode.
