Wash Screens and Baskets
These screens are rarely needed. In rare cases when a circuit board is very small and flexible, and has large components, the wash process may force the board out of the clamps on the process pallets. These screens can be attached to the pallets just before the wash cycle if nescessary.

Mechanical Features
1/4 cast aluminum frame with stainless steel screen.
Precision machined to a tolerance of .0005.
Stainless steel expansion locking thumb nuts.

Expanding Locking Thumb Nuts.

This split locking thumb nut design is our revolutionary way to lock the screen in place without exerting too much pressure on the components. As shown above, when the thumb nut is tightened, the split locking mechanism expands in the pallet bushing locking it in place. In use, the screen is placed over the process carrier pallet to the point where it contacts the components. The thumb screw is then tightened. This locks the screen from moving either higher or lower.
