Printer Nest
Silk screen Printer nest for solder paste silk screening flexible type circuit boards (Flex Circuits).

Mechanical
3/8" Cast Aluminum plate double disk ground to .0001". Other thicknesses are available.
All plates are precision machined to a tolerance of .0005".
Red anodized shown, other colors available.

Vacuum Holes
Vacuum holes are designed to distribute maximum vacuum hold down to all parts of the flex circuit without bending or deforming the flex circuit. Hold down force typically exceeds ½ applied vacuum force.

Tooling Pins
Tooling pins are installed using an automated machine for positioning, and insertion. This technique provides perpendicularly exceeding 1/1000" per linear foot, and prevents drift due to side scoring and chipping. The end result is an extremely high degree of accuracy and repeatability in pin positioning. Above all, a tighter press fit for better mechanical reliability.
