Test Electronics was established in 1986 with the goal of providing innovative, cost
effective solutions to manufacturing Tailor made Production Manufacturing Equipment and
Test Equipment. Test Electronics provides a quality product at an astonishingly quick turn
around. Test Electronics is located in Watsonville, California, about a forty minute drive
from the San Jose Metropolitan Area and Silicon Valley, making it easy to visit key
suppliers and technology innovators. The company is well managed and financially sound.
A substantial portion of company revenues are invested each year in new product
development. This investment allows Test Electronics to enhance existing products and
develop new products to support continued growth. From the beginning Test Electronics has

fixture which multiplies pin force over 10 times at the end of the stroke where it is

Test Electonics continues its commitment to develop
advanced products to meet both present and future customer needs. A large percentage of
Test Electronics' employees are directly engaged in new product development. Test
Electronics' engineering department is well equipped with the sophisticated equipment and
tools needed to develop state-of-the-art electromechanical test equipment.
Combined Technology, Test Fixtures, Process Carrier Pallets, Test
Equipment greatly improves the overall efficiency of the assembly line manufacturing
Electronics combines technology to speed up the assembly line process. Fragmenting the
assembly line with various processes slows down production. We defragment these processes
by combining Test Fixture and Process Carrier compatibility. We manufacture Test Fixtures
with compatible Process Carriers. Load the carriers once, then
assemble and test in one smooth defragmented process. Test Electronics combines a
test fixture and process carrier pallet machining shop with a test and measurement
equipment fabrication laboratory to produce equipment which enables a smooth flow through
the entire assembly process.
Computer Integrated Manufacturing
Test Electronics provides a complete turnkey machine shop and electronics
laboratory. We do all the electronics assembly, including purchasing, manufacturing and
component engineering, layout, prototyping, test, and production manufacturing. A true CIM
(Computer Integrated Manufacturing) philosophy links your CAD based drawings with our CAM
(Computer Aided Machining), and assembly process. CIM expedites the entire fabrication
process, including, CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machining, PCB Layout, materials
management, assembly, wiring, and quality control. Now with Test Electronics you send it
