Composite Pallet Carrier Materials
Test Electronics' composite pallet carriers are available in three grades of material to meet your needs. All grades are lightweight, and offer advantages over aluminum, titanium and other composite materials. Dimensional stability, flatness, thermal shock resistance and chemical resistance make these products ideal for the hostile environments presented in wave solder applications. We offer the industry's widest variety of pallet materials. non carbon is non-conductive, high carbon is semi-conductive, and low carbon is both semi-conductive and optically reflective.
All versions of  Test Electronics pallet materials are closely checked for warp, twist, surface resistivity and other key properties prior to being machined, micro-sanded to the tightest tolerance control available, and silicone sealed to decrease solvent intrusion.

Pultruded Stiffener Rods Available
Test Electronics' pallet carriers are usually built with stiffener rods, made from pultruded composites. These stiffener rods are added to our carriers, and offer increased rigidity during the high-stress processing applications. These stiffening rods have exceptionally high flexural strength with thermal expansion properties nearly identical to those of the composite fixture.
