TE-0500 Portable PC Board Test Fixture

Not a production volume tester! For low cost production volume testers, see the lower cost TE-1000 series fixtures. This TE-0500 is designed as a low cost test companion for the TE-5000 series test fixtures for R&D use by an experienced technician to cost effectively perform the same testing capabilities as the TE-5000 series production line testers but at lower volumes of about 10 boards per day. Test features include:
• Double sided test capabilities.
• 300 test pins.
• Near perfect parallel actuation. (parallel actuation is as perfect as the operator can pull both levers)
• Plate designs can be cross platformed to the TE-5000 series test fixtures. for future expandability.
For use by almost everyone except production technicians.
• R&D technicians, use this tester on your desktop in your R&D lab to debug or streamline test software for your production line testers.
• Field service technicians, pack this compact TE-0500 test fixture up in a briefcase with your laptop computer and perform functional, in-circuit, or bare board testing on site at any location!
